I have joined the company because I wanted to practice and learn more on what I enjoy doing, which is coding. I wanted to have a hands-on experience on creating a real-life project from scratch. Coming from a different line of work, I was hesitant to apply to any IT company, since I do not have any work experiences related to the industry. But I always have the passion in problem solving and writing codes. Luckily, ENRISE GLOBAL INC. saw a potential in me and hired me even though I have zero experience in the industry.

I am currently the "trial" Technical Lead of the Cebu team. The word trial is there since it has only been six months prior to starting my career in the IT industry that the company saw how much I have improved my skills and the potential in leading a team. With my current position, I still do the previous work since I have entered the company, which is coding. Only I get to assign some task to other members and I usually work on the much challenging tasks.

ENRISE GLOBAL INC., as for what I have experienced so far, is a comfortable and nurturing company. I am able to utilize and further develop my skills to become a better version of myself. My coworkers are helpful enough that we teach each other various things related to work. Also, since ENRISE GLOBAL INC. is a Japanese company, I get to at least improve on speaking Japanese.

I joined because the company has seen my potential in utilizing my skills in an environment that exposes me to a whole area that I have never been before. And I believe that no one else could fill that role better than I do.

I work as a communicator and honestly, this has been a blessing. As I get to engage with various people, I learn something different. And that’s what keeps me going. Every day is a new challenge yet everyday is a new learning. It may be a tough job, but it depends on how one sees it. As for me, I love it.

Working in ENRISE GLOBAL INC., excites me since I get to work and learn at the same time. The environment is very friendly, from my superiors, colleagues and even to its staffs! Everyone has been very genial. I look forward for more years of betterment in this company.
