Bridge System Engineer

Location

Job Description

・As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing and making development plan, coordination with customers and get approval from customers.
・As a bridge system engineer, you will be responsible for managing the progress of team members, quality control such as reviews, and coordinating with the customer on requirements, issues and others.
・Work with team members on detailed design based on the customer's specifications (work requests to us).
・Check whether the programs created by team members meet the requirements of the detailed design document through reviews, etc., and have team members take corrective actions.
・Create documents related to the above.
・Keep accurate records of the development process, project code, changes, test results, etc., and use the resulting metrics to improve the overall our business process.
・Train team members throughout the project.
・Research information needs, consult with users, system flow, data usage, research work processes, research investigate problems, and develop software solutions along the software development life cycle.
・Comply with project plans and industry standards
・Creating specifications and determine operational feasibility.
・Document and maintain software functionality
・Keep accurate records of the development process, project code, changes, test results, etc.
・Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
・Collect, analyze, summarize and provide information on development and service issues.
・Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
・Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics

Working Schedule

8:30AM〜5:30PM

Salary

P40,000〜P60,000 (Salary increase depending on ability)

Quolifications

・At least 2 years of experience as a development leader in managing team members' progress, quality control such as reviews, and managing requirements and issues with customers.
・Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and other development process details and experience applying them in projects.
・At least 2 years of experience as a design engineer and developer in detailed design, manufacturing and testing of web systems using some development language and RDBMS.
・Able to communicate in Japanese with Japanese people.
(N3 or above, N2 or above is preferred)
・Experience working in an IT company as a programmer, tester, communicator, etc.
(Experience communicating in Japanese is preferred)

・Diagnose and fix system problems.
・Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.

Quolifications

<MUST>
・Experience the development using Java as back-end side.
・Will to learn Scala.
・Familiarity with RDBMS such as MySQL etc.
・Able to communicate well in English.
・Able to start work at a fixed time.

<WANT>
・Experience using Scala and Play framework.
・Knowledge the development mobile application using Flutter.
・Experience or knowledge of the development using Dart.
